We would like to thank you for your interest in Dadders Properties. At Dadders Properties, we strive to make your rental experience with us as enjoyable as possible. This is why we like to refer to your units as “homes”. Because we care, we make sure that each prospective resident is carefully screened, and all tenants meet the same criteria.
For any prospective resident, the highest standards are set for the approval process. For each new prospect that applies, we check for the following information.

Dadders Properties may request a co-signer in order for your application to be approved. If a co-signer is requested, it is usually because there was insufficient information available for you. If a co-signer is requested, they will also be required to apply and a full background check will be preformed on them as well.
Dadders Properties require that a security deposit equivalent to one month rent be paid in full prior to move in or to hold any apartment. First month rent must be paid in full before any keys are issued.
Dadders Properties does permit up to two (2) cats per unit with an additional $150 per cat non-refundable pet deposit as well as a letter from your veterinarian explaining that the cat(s) have been de-clawed and spayed or neutered.
We do permit SMALL dogs at some of our properties. You will be required to pay a $175 non-refundable deposit and it also requires a letter from your veterinarian stating the dog has been spayed or neutered.
